Jeff Gruarin
Jeff Gruarin, the Recreation Director for the Village of Youngstown, is a 36-year-old Lewiston native with 16 years of experience in recreation. With a background in sports management from Niagara University, he offers programs like toddler time, family night, and open gyms. His goal is to include everyone, regardless of athletic background, and instill confidence in all ages. He also believes in providing a family-friendly environment for parents to play with their children.
